Terms of Service
These terms apply when you book a service with AF Automotive.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking reference. Slots are allocated to a service bay and held for your vehicle at the scheduled time.
Cancellations and changes
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to another customer. Repeated no-shows may affect future online booking.
Pricing
Prices shown online are starting prices for the listed service. Additional parts or labour identified during inspection are quoted and approved by you before work begins.
Vehicles left at the workshop
Vehicles should be collected on the agreed completion date. Please remove valuables before handing over your vehicle.
Workmanship
Work carried out by AF Automotive is covered by our standard workmanship guarantee. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
